Saint Vincent de Paul Seattle plays a special role for our Flagship store in Georgetown. It may seem like it’s because of convenience, (SVdP is a couple blocks down and around the corner from the restaurant) but we promise it’s MUCH more than that- they are practically family! Whenever we’re in the presence of a SVdP team member we’re greeted with warm smiling faces and hugs- it’s like it’s a job requirement of theirs to be SO NICE! Their job isn’t easy… but they sure make it look like it is. Since partnering with them at the end of 2017, Conscious Eatery has been shown so much love and support by the SVdP team. What separates this incredible non-profit from many others is the plethora of services they offer. Whether you’re in need of Food, Clothes, Mental Health, Rent Forgiveness or Books for Reading they’ve got it all. Within the Food Bank, our neighbors have the options of a FREE clothing section. Saint Vincent de Paul is also an ambassador of “One Warm Coat”, which supports individuals, groups, companies, and organizations across the country by providing the tools and resources needed to hold a successful coat drive. They are always accepting donations of gently used clothing to be distributed at their Food Bank. You may find the food bank at the following address: 5972 4th Ave S in Georgetown.
