Our very first beneficiary of our one-for-one donation program is Mary’s Place, a Seattle based non-profit dedicated to empowering homeless women and children. Mary’s Place was founded in 1999 in response to a growing need for services to help homeless women. They currently operate six night shelters and 2 day shelters, providing services such as meals, showers, laundry, medical care and support groups. In Spring 2016, Mary’s Place partnered with Amazon to turn an old hotel into a shelter that houses over 200 people. Their model is to partner with anyone looking to address the issue of family homelessness in Seattle. We are proud to work with such an outstanding organization.

The White Center Food Bank (WCFB) began in the mid-1970’s as an emergency response to assist struggling families + individuals in the greater White Center and Highline areas during a major economic downturn.  Much like today, many in the community were facing difficult economic conditions that left them in need of emergency food resources.

February 22, 2017 we donated 450 meals to our brothers + sisters in need.Since then we have been on a regular donation pick up.

Tuesday + Thursday we donate meals to the good folks of WCFB; 200 meals a week.

Check out our IG page @WeEatConscious for updates and BTS of our donations + partnership.

Over the last 6 years we’ve grown so very close to the leaders + volunteers of WCFB, they’re pretty much family to our team.

ROOTS Young Adult Shelter builds community and fosters dignity through access to essential services and a safe place to sleep for young adults 18-25 experiencing homelessness.

Saint Vincent de Paul Seattle plays a special role for our Flagship store in Georgetown. It may seem like it’s because of convenience, (SVdP is a couple blocks down and around the corner from the restaurant) but we promise it’s MUCH more than that- they are practically family!

Whenever we’re in the presence of a SVdP team member we’re greeted with warm smiling faces and hugs- it’s like it’s a job requirement of theirs to be SO NICE! Their job isn’t easy… but they sure make it look like it is. Since partnering with them at the end of 2017, Conscious Eatery has been shown so much love and support by the SVdP team.

What separates this incredible non-profit from many others is the plethora of services they offer. Whether you’re in need of Food, Clothes, Mental Health, Rent Forgiveness or Books for Reading they’ve got it all. Within the Food Bank, our neighbors have the options of a FREE clothing section. Saint Vincent de Paul is also an ambassador of “One Warm Coat”, which supports individuals, groups, companies, and organizations across the country by providing the tools and resources needed to hold a successful coat drive.

They are always accepting donations of gently used clothing to be distributed at their Food Bank. You may find the food bank at the following address: 5972 4th Ave S in Georgetown.
